Sometimes big birds need to wear anklets too, that’s where these accessories shine!

Anklets are designed to keep birds of prey controlled in specific situations where they are not allowed free flight. They can keep a bird safe on a glove or a perch, and allow for a measure of restraint for birds that may get over stimulated. The Falconer Wild Bird Anklets are wearable accessories and functional cuffs that use little to no harware and are designed after real rolled leather anklets used in many falconry situations and can be a great addition for your fursuit, avian, or therian. The the leather is hand stitched with a durable saddle-stitch and padded with comfortable soft leather meant to feel great against skin. The large grommets can be used with leather jesses (included at additional cost) to effectively restrain or keep the anklets on more securely than just wearing them. Additional customizations may be available as well.

Fit Suggestions

*this product does not have a standard size, please measure the circumference around your ankle, fursuit ankle, or whatever limb will be wearing them using a fabric measuring tape and detail the measurement below. Because this product is a wider anklet (2.25inches tall) Please add about 1/2 inch to your measurement to allow for comfortable fitting as it should fit slightly loose.
